Two ways to buy

Leads or calls, or both

Lead

Form leads

A homeowner fills out a quote form on one of our ads or pages and answers a few qualifying questions.

  • Name, phone, address and project details
  • Sent to you by text and email in seconds
  • The homeowner gets an instant text too, so they expect your call
  • Best when you can call back within minutes
Call

Inbound calls

A homeowner calls a tracking number from our ads and is connected live to your office or phone.

  • The homeowner is on the line, ready to book
  • Every call is recorded and reviewed
  • Short calls, spam and wrong numbers are not billed
  • Best when someone answers the phone during business hours

The rules

What counts as a billable lead

Every lead and call is checked against the same rules before you are billed.

✓ Billed

  • A homeowner (or the person responsible for the property)
  • Located in your zip codes
  • Asking for a service you offer
  • Wants a quote, an inspection or service
  • Calls long enough to be a real conversation (about 60 seconds or more)

✕ Not billed

  • Spam, robocalls and solicitors
  • Wrong numbers and hang-ups
  • Job seekers and vendors
  • Your existing customers
  • Outside your service area, or a service you do not offer
  • Duplicates of a lead you already received

Billing

Simple, transparent billing

Prepaid batches
You prepay a batch of leads with a card on file. Qualified leads are drawn from your balance, and you top up when it runs low.
Billed the same day
Each lead and call is reviewed the day it comes in. Only qualified ones are billed.
Daily report
See every lead and call, what was billed, what was not and why, plus your remaining balance.
48-hour disputes
Think a lead should not count? Flag it within 48 hours. We check the form or the call recording and credit it back if it does not meet the rules.
Weekly caps and pausing
Set a weekly cap so you never get more than you can handle, and pause any time your schedule is full.
Exclusive territory
We work with one company per trade in each area, and a lead is never sent to anyone else.

Calls are recorded for quality and billing review, and callers hear a recording notice. Full terms are in your pay-per-lead agreement.

FAQ

Pay per lead questions

How does pay per lead work?

You choose your trade, the zip codes you serve and a weekly cap, then prepay a small batch of leads. Form leads are sent to you instantly by text and email, and calls ring straight to your phone. Every lead is reviewed the same day and you are only billed for leads that qualify.

Are the leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead goes to one company only and is never shared or resold. We work with one company per trade in each service area.

What is the difference between a lead and a call?

A lead is a homeowner who filled out a quote form; you get their name, phone, address and project details instantly. A call is a homeowner who phones in; the call is forwarded live to your phone and recorded so it can be reviewed.

What counts as a billable lead?

A homeowner in your service area asking for a service you offer. Spam, solicitors, wrong numbers, job seekers, your existing customers, people outside your area, and calls too short to be a real conversation are not billed.

When am I billed?

Qualified leads are billed the same day they come in, against the batch you prepaid. You get a daily report showing every lead and call.

What if I get a bad lead?

You have 48 hours to dispute any lead. We review the form details or the call recording, and if it does not meet the billable rules it is credited back.

Which trades can buy leads?

Roofing, windows, HVAC, plumbing, solar, electrical, pest control and painting companies.

Can I control how many leads I get?

Yes. You set a weekly cap and the zip codes you want, and you can pause when your schedule is full.

Is your area still open for pest control leads?

Book a quick call. We check your zip codes, walk you through the rules and get your first leads flowing.
