The challenge
Ares Windows & Exteriors is a window and exterior company in Indianapolis. The goal was a predictable, scalable customer acquisition system: one that consistently generates qualified opportunities, strengthens local market presence, and supports long-term revenue growth.
Home improvement marketing often runs as separate pieces, with ads in one place, the website in another, and lead follow-up somewhere else. Ares wanted every channel working together to generate leads, improve conversion rates, and get more from its marketing budget. That meant connecting visibility, lead capture, follow-up, and measurement into a single operation.
What we built
We built a full-service marketing system around that objective, with each part supporting the others.
Paid advertising
- Google Ads: search campaigns, keyword and competitor research, ad copy, remarketing, and conversion tracking tied to lead attribution.
- Local Services Ads: account setup, profile and service-area management, bidding optimization, lead quality monitoring, and dispute management for eligible leads.
- Meta ads: Facebook and Instagram lead generation and retargeting campaigns, with Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking.
Search visibility
- Website and SEO: on-page and technical improvements, service pages, and internal linking and site architecture.
- City pages: location-focused pages built to support local search visibility.
- AI search: work aimed at helping the business show up where homeowners are increasingly searching.
Conversion and creative
- Website and landing pages: pages for individual services, improved forms and calls to action, mobile experience work, and form and phone call tracking.
- Video and creative: ad graphics, ad copy, and video ad scripting and creative direction.
Follow-up, reviews, and reporting
- Follow-up automation: CRM integration, automated lead notifications, email and SMS sequences, and missed-call text-back.
- Review automation: a review generation strategy supporting both Local Services Ads and local search.
- Reporting: lead source attribution, UTM tracking, and monthly reporting on ad spend, lead cost, lead quality, and cost per appointment.
The system also includes ongoing strategic management, with competitive analysis, seasonal promotion planning, and monthly growth strategy meetings so that decisions are based on performance data.
