The challenge
Let’s Fix It Plumbing serves homeowners in Salt Lake City. For a plumbing company, leads can come from many places: paid search, local listings, social media and the website. Each source only matters if it turns into a booked job.
The goal was to bring those channels together under one system. That meant:
- Showing up where local customers look for a plumber
- Making it easy for visitors to call or request service
- Tracking where leads come from
- Following up quickly so inquiries don’t go to waste
- Spending the advertising budget in ways that lower the cost of acquiring customers and increase booked jobs
What we built
We set up a connected marketing program covering advertising, local visibility, the website and lead handling.
Paid advertising
- Google Ads and Local Services Ads: We managed both campaign types to reach customers searching for plumbing help.
- Facebook and Instagram ads: We developed and managed Meta advertising to extend reach beyond search.
- Budget optimization: We adjusted advertising budgets with the aim of reducing acquisition costs and increasing booked jobs.
Local search and website
- Google Business Profile and local SEO: We optimized the business profile and local search presence.
- Website and city pages: We improved website performance and lead conversion, supported by city pages and SEO work, including optimization for AI search.
Tracking and follow-up
- Call tracking: We implemented call tracking so leads could be traced back to their source.
- CRM automation: We built automation into the CRM to keep lead information organized.
- Lead follow-up systems: We put follow-up processes in place so inquiries get a response.
Together, these pieces give Let’s Fix It Plumbing a single system that connects ad spend, local visibility, website visits and customer follow-up.
